The .com part blended in a lot and it took me a second to see it. If you are trying to brand this domain, I would make the .com bit a little more prominent. The 1 is pretty abstracted too, and I initially took it for an abstract bit of art, rather than the number 1.

Nice overall look though. With the right webpage. Its a bold bubbly upbeat looking logo, and needs to be appropriate for the site you put it on. I like it.
