If you post in the traffic forum and you want to exchange links, be honest. If you site pops consoles post it, if your site is set up for skim then be honest and post it. Asking for link trades and not informing the trading webmaster that you skim, or it is a skim trade is dishonest. If your asking for hard links and your site is set up on a skim, then your cheating the hard link webmaster by not informing them of a skim..

Give some detail about your site, pr is not always the best policy, if you have a site doing 500 clicks a day, look for other sites doing 500 clicks a day, be fair about trading, and both webmasters will come out the winners.
