Nope. As far as I know Danish Krone is the only currency that has a locked exchange rate against euro.
There are several sites that has geo-targeted prizes down to the countrys currency though. The last one I saw was melissa midwest's site that charges in SEK for Swedes.
I think alot more programs should take after this.
