Yes, I agree with you, but actually it's the responsibility of both parties to ask/notify whether re-calculated prices are used for surfers from different countries. That would make our lives a lot easier if review sites mentioned for particular sites or sponsors, that their monthly subscription prices vary from country to country based on the standard of living in those countries (like LocalBilling does).
Secondly don't forget, while it's more expensive for surfers in some European countries, it's cheaper for surfers in poor countries which makes subscription affordable for them. I think it's fair since the value of 1$ in the US and in India for example is completely different.
