so, all the trouble and downtime was because of a panel move? why didn't you do research of the 'endless problems' before moving panels? and, as you're moving back in 2 months time, will all the trouble happen again?
sounds like whoever recommended the move should be discliplined.
holly, there are lots of hosting companies out there, if you get screwed, go elsewhere.
