Someone just tolled me a great tip on finding your true competition instead of using "keyword" you use
allintitle: "keyword"
What it will do is give you only the pages where the keyword or key phrase is placed in the title, people ho dint have keyword or key phrase in there title are 99% not your competitors
Maybe it is a old trick i don't know but i never had heard of it before and thought well maybe you would like to use it (and it gives me some good karma
)
