My take? Hey, it's a free market economy. How exactly is he scamming? He's not withholding information or lying, he just put a domain name on an auction site with the minimum price he would accept to part with it. If you don't want it, that's fine, but don't bash him for trying to sell it.
I bet if someone asked you for one of your domains you'd come up with a price others would think of as unreasonably high. It's his and he can do what he sees fit with it.

Stop being a cock and read the whole thread... Nobody has called him a scammer... He leaves a shit statement about how he is sick of people who bash and that they should be banned when all he was really doing was looking for an excuse to drop a link in. Lets all do it shall we and turn this whole forum into a spam arena.
Just to add... I would not touch your hosting with a barge poll if you need to use tactics like this to drum up business.
