Secondly, VirtuMike before you cause any sort of defamation please know your facts. You don't know sh*t about what happend 5 years ago. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on content every year so please mind your own business.

Also regarding Hosting. We've been growing rapidly because we've revised our prices at the same time. We've been migrating to new systems when the problems starting happening. Our guys have been giving ALOT of attention to the problem and it has been improving. There isn't much we can do when a system keeps giving problems, this is why we have been reverting back to cPanel.

Regardging Hentai by Hentaikid. We never received one complaint about unlicense Hentai. Not sure what you're talking about.

Anyhow, Holly if you feel that you need to look for a new host that choice is yours. Not much more we can do. good luck at your next host. And regarding not taking new clients, we continually take new clients because we've changed our platform back to cPanel which is more stable. The reason we switched to Interworx was because it offered a clustering solution but it caused more damage than good.

BTW, we don't oversell anything. Our control panel caused alot of problems. If you notice we've never had problems in the past and we've been hosting for 5 years. We've been using cPanel for the 5 years. Now we switch to Interworx and it's been giving us headaches and thus why the posts from Holly etc.

WOW! That was the worst customer service I have ever received!

You say that if I "feel" like I need a new host, the choice is mine? Well, my site has been down 3 times for extended periods over the past month and the tech support has been terrible. You think I am going to be happy paying for that kind of service? It has nothing to do with me, or my "feelings". It has everything to do with Velcom and its problems!

Your reply to my message on this board is a perfect example of how NOT to talk to a customer. My advice to you: Hire a public relations firm and let them do the talking for you. Clearly, you are certainly not qualified to be handling customer relations.
