Regarding #2 and #3, you should speak with an attorney who is familiar with the adult industry. Probably you won't though, in which case you really do need to be familiar enough with the laws and how they are enforced to answer these questions on your own. The answers are extremely vague, even with good counsel you could one day find yourself arrested for incredibly ass-hatted reasons.... though probably not.

1- Well, that is a broad question. Read and understand tutorials. You say "for free", everything costs... if not strictly in terms of dollars, then in terms of time. I suggest you stay away from free hosting, at least never put any significant effort into something on hosting you don't control... own your own domains too. Often, you will find you can spend a few (or even a few hundred) dollars to do what it would take you many hours of effort to accomplish, but do spend money wisely and research your purchases. Again you ask about law... understand that there are only a few clear cut laws and a great many rather fuzzy ones... you should stay away from obviously illegal content, piracy, etc... also, obscenity is mostly prosecuted if its extreme- expelling milk enemas, bukkake scenes with a girl licking cum from a doggie cone around her neck, and scat are all examples (not an exhausting list!) of recent obscenity prosecutions in the US.
