Just setup some links
Blog Submitter and the se's will find you and you should get a few hits here and there from that also.
Think most people here suggest you would make 1 post every 3 days .. and use the other days to post on your other blogs ;-)
I personally post once a day when I start a blog .. untill it's standing stable in the SE's .. then I just post when it seems like i'm dropping .. (but I don't have many blogs .. so dunno how good my methods are)
