Those are some very impressive accomplishments up there. The "quitting smoking" one, I hate to say, I admire the most simply because it sure hits home. I've played about 140 softball games a year for the last 10 years and no one can figure out how I get by with it. The seriously stupid smoking does have to stop.....so WTG! I also like your weight loss story! That is very impressive. I know someone who has lost almost that much and who is just stunningly prettier, if I may say. She knows who she is, too, lol. The thinner face lines and better conditioning are just so obvious. Plus the attitude.

I chose to leave a profession I was in for 30 years to start writing, much of it for adult. Crazy as hell, I know. I even liked what I was doing but it was just too hard on me and I think that aspect of it got old over time. This is new and challenging...........sitting still is hard for physical junkies like me. But it's definitely a total change. My biggest achievements have been in increasing income and networking. I've met some really good people.
