Isn't that an Uwe Boll movie? The most hated movie director in the world - at least among gamers, as he has butchered a few video game franchises (In the Name of the King is based on Dungeon Siege if I recall correctly), and I believe he's making a mockery of a few more at the moment.
I've only seen BloodRayne myself, and it was definately horrible. And it's not like I have particularly high standards when it comes to mindless action entertainment

I found this particular quote from a recent news article at EuroGamer particularly funny (and to the guy's credit, he must have a sense of humour about his own work, as he's apparantly the source here):
