If I have WPMU installed can I create other subdomains on the same domain.

For Example have:

mysite.com
blog1.mysite.com (wpmu blog)
blog2.mysite.com (wpmu blog)

can I make:
linklist.mysite.com (Link Directory using Indexscript)

??
