Everything is working fine, this was dns error and it takes some time until your ISP dnses refresh their info.

Regarding domain registration with host - whoever registred domain with us in past 3 years had not have single problem with it. Transfer requests, dns registration or dns change, whois change - every single request / ticket has been sorted out in day (or max 2 days).

Free domains which you get with our PRO accounts are YOURS not OURS, they are free as long you host your domain with us. If you want to transfer it to another registar - no problems we will do it asap!

So your domains are fine with us.
