It's probably my fault that this project has started up in the way it has. I jumped on an idea by Chuke, and when Rofl joined in, I thought it would be a nice idea if 5 or 6 of the old portal project webmasters knocked up a site each and interlinked them to get a bit of traffic. Well that idea has grown into a major project with around 70 prospective members, and I think it's a brilliant chance for us to work together, learn together, and to build a nice long term income producer.
It needs to be planned and implemented in a structured way, and normally this would be done before a project is announced. Because my original idea was fairly trivial, it didn't ned that sort of planning, but this major project certainly does. We are very lucky to have experienced webmasters like Panky who are prepared to help with this, and I'd be grateful if you guys could bail me out of my impetuous actions by following Panky's advice.
