Just as a technical question and ignore me if this is the stupidest idea ever. But could you maybe sticky your top post or even your first 10 posts etc? and then continue to update the blog so that the SERPS see activity?
Or even maybe just add posts with dates in the past so that your 15 current posts never change but your posts are still adding and pinging etc?
