It is possible, but I am still working on that one, I'm thinking that it would be something along the lines of a PHP script on the server, that offers up links. As I said before, I am still looking in to this my self, so I will be able to say better when I have had a weekend from work, so I can dedicate a few hours to it.

Btw, while checking those other widget sites, it seems they don't allow adult material at all, abit frustrating because when you make one it loads it to their distribution nextwork... which is fantastic BUT not if you break their T&C's soooo.
As for the distribution, you would have to distribute something like this through your own site, and also if you have an affiliation network. Most of the widget distributors do not allow, as you rightly said, adult content...
