Hi friends...new day...new tutorial...I think that this one will be special for you...Let's make some NP BOX!!! get on work...
First we know that we need to make some new document...CTRL+N (start using shortcuts)...let's make some 800x600 document...(white background, 72 resolution, RGB/8bit bla bla bla...)...now we have our construction field

Now we need some covers...lets make some...end here it is...

cover1

cover2
Now...back to the our construction field...
Create a new layer and go to Filter>Render>3D Transform. Click on Options and make sure Display Background is checked. Select the Cube Tool (

) and draw a box. Focus on making the right panel the correct side for the face of the box. Then select the Direct Selection Tool (

) and click and drag the lower left corner in until the dimensions resemble a software box.
Select the Trackball Tool (

) and spin the box around until you have something similar to what I have to the left. You may need to adjust the Dolly slider to scale it up or down in size. The important thing is that you end up with a box that has three distinct sides, each in a different shade of gray....This is your final product when you click on OK button...
Now, copy that two pictures which we are making before in to the our new box...Click on picture (cover1) pres CTRL+A and then CTRL+C (for copy) and then click on box and then CTRL+V for paste. That will be your layer2...same thing with other (cover2) picture. That will be your layer3...What we have now...
After this...select layer2, and set his opacity on 30%... same with layer3...Then, click on layer2 and go to Edit>Transform>Distort. Click and drag the corners of the cover to the corresponding corners of the front of the box...same thing with layer3...after that...we have something like this...
Then increase the opacity of both the front and side layers back to 100%...And after droping some shadow...whoooooala...
our BOX! Ant questions? Enjoy
