In germany sex with animals is legal (except the act violates the animal
protection act) but any media, including fictional storys or drawings, are
illegal.

Rape in a hollywood movie: of course fake.
Rape in a porn movie: Hell, that must be real
Years ago a friend showed me some "snuff" clips he found on the web. He
was pretty disturbed, wondering if those are real. I have do admit that they
wasn't very disturbing for me, you can see much worse in mainstream
movies. The clips showed scantly dressed women (bare breasts) getting
shot. I never have seen someone getting shot in real life but it definitive
looked fake to me. That it has been the same models getting shot again and
again was a other other important hint. But hey, it was on the net and not in
cinema so it must be real.
It's not intended to sexually arouse... that's the point, but i wonder why that
is such a problem. Most of us like "action" movies, especially the violent typ.
Kill Bill might be a good example, also for the fact that sex and crime is even
better then just crime
