If you like a domain name and the price sounds okay to you, then you shouldn't hesitate to buy it. Everyone would give you the same advice.
I also think that "adultsexboard" is the better one of the both. Well, it's no gold nugget. It's no dictionary word, is it? Just a random wordmix.
I mean, for what target group else than adults can a sexbboard be meant? Would you consider to name a site "adultbeerboard"? I don't think so. Further, 13 letters that's pretty long. The longer a word the higher the risk that people forget the name or make typhos, when they type it in and land perhaps on your competitors site. lol
In general I would say as a brand for a bigger site "adultsexboard" isn't good enough. But for the purpose you have in mind it's okay. As for the value. Well what I said before. And then it's only the name. No site, no traffic, no revenue, right? Plus the market is full of similar domain names. So the value is rather low. Again, if a name is what you are looking for and the price sounds okay, then it's always a good deal.
