I was looking at some domain names, and saw a parked page at GoDaddy and this notice was at the top: This domain name expired on 04/27/08 and is pending renewal or deletion

At whois.sc its listing the domain as expiring on: 2009-04-27

What is the true fact? (I just do not want to backorder the domain if it is registered)
