hm, Epass asked me just about copy of my identity card and an utlity bill and that printable form they provide for download. Same thing i was asked at moneybookers before few years when i was signing up. Same i was asked and by paypal when i signed up before 2 months. I don't see anything wrong with this.
Looks like you people that are in US are being asked for lots more documents..
