I have it .. linkdomain.com/out/websitename/ I like it.
Can't see a downside in seo .. on the rest of your urls .. instead linking to sponsor urls you link to your own ...
However .. i'm startting to build small networks .. and I think I will give each network it's own linkout system hosted on the same servers as the small networks.
And have a script pull all info from each network ..
