The shoulder area is always a problem with poser models and so is the hip,
the tights, the knees.... thinking about it, the only joint that rarely causes
trouble is the elbow. It got a little better with the newest models, but not
much. Not to mention that those new models eat away RAM like candy.
That model is Maya, rather old but still a great model and one of the few
that are blessed with genitals
