Between a drunk posting and someone calling someone a pork chop, this laugh is just what I needed to wake up to!
Anyone can read previous posts by this person who posts how awesome his Google listings are while repeating phrases -- solely so he can get more backlinks with those phrases, while giving nothing to the discussion.
I guess the lesson is you should spam forums with your terms so you, too, can be at the top of Google for terms not many search for, even if your hosting is suspended?
No one was threatened with being banned, as seems to be inferred. A warning was issued with NO points deduction from me, simply asking him to ease up on posting threads meant to pat himself on the back and meant to stuff keywords into Google. I would have done the same thing to a poster if the pattern was consistent. It's not the first time he's done this.
Saw PMs before I even read the forum of people asking why there were so many "bash Pam" threads by this person, so I thought uh oh -- but the pork chop comment still has me giggling.
Now, I admit to knowing very little about SEO and always want to learn, but stuffing posts with keywords to get rankings for phrases that don't make much sense ... well. I'd prefer someone post with some solid SEO advice, although we do get that quite often in blog forum posts.
And, before I PMd you, you had already posted how you were leaving because of me, so please don't blame it on the PM as any admin can see the time references and trace them. I also said if you had an issue with me, please contact Mr. Meat or Mr. Aga. There was no need to carry on and on and make repeated threads, repeated posts, and repeated bashing.
You simply didn't like the fact I called you out on your spam while never mentioning I was a moderator, either. And, I am not a moderator where you posted anyway, so I'm not quite sure what your issue is.
But yes, this is a lesson that posting when drunk is not a good idea, or you end up looking like a pork chop.
