Anyone want to buy my review site for $289,122?

I thought the "standard" quoted rate for adult sites was typically three or six months income or something like that (not that I would ever consider selling for that)?
Those $289,000 is just a tad more than what I make from it in a few months

. This calculator must really put a hell of a lot of weight on the other values of the calculation - and most of them aren't even particularly impressive for my site.

Still, if anyone is willing to offer just $250,000 I'll probably take it. Anyone?
