Thanks markz08,
I know that you can check your links using yahoo and the link: and site: commands. . . its just if I want to get a deeper structure of links say the backlinking of 20 different sites and and the anchor text that is linking to them, plus their PR etc., then just using the link command and searching is an inefficient method for that type of depth.
Say i use the link: command and yahoo shows 120 links to site A. That's good I know how many people are linking to site A, I just don't know what is the anchor text being used without going to each site and looking. Also I don't know the PR of the site giving the backlink. All in all I don't know the quality of the link itself and what makes that link useful. I was using SEO quake for this, but SEO quake is burning out my yahoo queries and shutting them down all to often, especially if I want to know what the link structure of the 20 top sites are.
Its why I am asking if any adult webmasters here use a good quality program that automates this function, queries every 5 seconds, not on command, and has an easy UI.
Basically I want a recommendation on a good program
