It should bring you around 100 clicks a day depending on your anchor text, if you look at my alexa

Also keep in mind that buying hardlinks based on the amount of clicks it receives is not the main objective. Most people buy hard links to increase their SEO and ultimately their google rankings for those particular keywords or anchor they choose.
