Linux can be updated just by running the update manager it takes very little effort. The problem is that blender or pov-ray are not really a alternative to poser
It took me a lot of time to get a grip on poser (and poser is rather easy to
learn) and i would have to invest that time again, not to forget all the $$ i
have spent on poser props.
It's similar with 2D apps, i use gimp from time to time and it's a great app
but after all those years with PP i can do routine work half asslep or
boozed ( or both
)
