That's probably because your running one of the smaller sites if your on a site like awe or streamray it's possible to make much more. I know on streamray that girls can charge up to $4 a minute. also you have the nude chat option instead of just private shows. If a girl has a lot of regular visitors which some of the really beautiful ones do it can actually be better for her to go nude instead of private. The guys pay less per minute but she can have 10 or more guys in her room at once.
Of course most girls don't reach that level but if your really hot and have good English skills you can convert a lot of your visitors into sales. A girl I know that lives in New York pulls in over 10k a month and has two regular jobs and most people don't seem to think she's that attractive but she's american and a lot of guys can relate to her and her social skills are incredible. I think the fact that she's from Manhattan gives her an edge because she is use to dealing with lots of different people. she is also sort of a niche girl.
