IMO .INFOs are as good as any for development in respect to SE inclusion and positioning.

Search Engines don't give a rats ass what the TLD or ccTLD is, they (SEs) focus on website textual content and authority. For branding and human recognition .COMs always win out. As Dave cites the .INFO TLD is (should be) intuitive by default which was part of it's intended origin.
