I moved here to Thailand from the US chasing a 'dream' move. I'm glad I did it because I really enjoy myself over here. After visiting some other places, I think I would also enjoy living in the Philippines and Indonesia (Bali) too. Its tough to decide what that 'perfect' place would be because there are so many variables. I do know that I LOVE living by the beach and being able to see the water from my place. I'm about a 3 min scooter drive from the water if I want to get in it. I grew up in the midwest where I had to drive for 9 hours or so to visit the beach, so I'm really digging this.
