i suggest you dont start too big and find you have topics etc that lack content
its going to be hard work to get this all started (with my adult forum i spent a month everyday for 3 hours finding and posting content) but now my members run it with posting and i just keep the peace and am going to be adding alot of money making sponsored content now.
May i suggest you run a forum maybe to start with on a topic of personal interest or hobby so that maybe you can help your members in that area.
Or an area that you know alot about
I think for a first forum and maybe even first site a large forum with alot of topics and categories is a big challenge for one person and with a lack of experience...
but if thats what you want to do good luck to you and i really hope it all works out (keeps us informed)
