Again, it depends
, if those 25 PR5 sites linking to you are linking to 500 other sites from the same page where your link is then they are not passing to you very powerful votes.
Secondly, if those 25 PR5 sites are about religion and your site is porn site, then again those links to you are not very powerful except your site is in nuns porn micro-niche
