I'd like to start a forum too, linked on a content site which receives around 300 uniques per day. I have 2 people sending me at least 3 emails per week too, and I receive about 10 emails from the contact page per week. Those numbers have to be roughly divided by two as it's bilingual. Do you think the forum could start "by itself"?
How many posts should I prepare before launching it? (thinking about doing it in advance to feed it regularly)
Any experienced idea is welcome
