Well, you can ask it to the nastydollar's affiliates camfun and klucz, they had ranked in the yahoo's top five for almost all sites of that sponsor since several months ago, you can ask it to the adultelite's affiliate 9012, who time to time has a top five on google for some of that sponsor's sites.
It ocurred to me a few times, but with awesome results, the last time was last June on when MSN ranked on the top one of the sites I'm promoting with my refcode.
