Words - you have
NO SEO if you don't have words. Most of your posts seem to have little to no text and when there is text I have no clue what keywords you might be optimizing.
Second, get a sponsor with some decent content. Youtube is not content. I'm sure there are sponsors that have non-nude content if that is what you are looking for and the quality of the videos will be greatly superior to the Youtube vids. Also, instead of having just one banner (GGW) you can have banners to the sponsor you are providing and each post can have a link in it to FHG's or the site tour or even some directly to the join page.
As a surfer I'd be bored and move on quickly. Just my opinion.
