I am selling all my adult properties. It has nothing to do with the business, just not what I want to do any more. I have mainstream interests that I would, and have been pursuing. I am just personally burnt out on the adult biz and don't have the passion for it any more. Very close to 10 years, it's time for a change.

Before I go any further, this is not a giveaway sale. I don't mean it to sound rude, I just don't want to waste any one's time, or my own. While I am willing to make a good deal, it is not going to be a couple grand deal, they are worth much more than that. So if you not in the right position, we don't need to waste each others' time..

But, some one could get a nice package at a good price.

One last important detail, I really need to sell the whole thing in one shot, for a couple reasons. One, I don't separate income per site. I could give revenue for the whole thing, but not per domain. I use all my sponsors on all sites as they fit, other wise I'd have to have 15 different accounts with each sponsor. Plus I also just want to sell it all and be done and move on.

These are developed adult sites with traffic and sales. Majority of traffic is SE.

Includes 5 LL's, 3 all encompassing, 1 gay, 1 pornstar. All LL's also have blog front ends with up to date WP.

Includes 7 blogs. These do not count the blogs on the LL's, these are separate domains. They are, pornstar, voyeur, swingers, amateur, blowjob, and two other quite unique theme's that could make a lot and I would explain to buyer. Four of the blogs have up to date WP platforms. Other 3 older blogs use a Movable type Platform. The older blogs have about 300 posts, some more, some a little less. About 90% of posts are handwritten, no rss feeds or automation. Though some one could if they wanted.

There is also a gay webcam site that is a front end to clickcash.

Oldest domain out of the lot is 1998 with over 100k in backlinks. The rest are between 2002-2005. Number of the sites have a good amount of back links as well. Two sites I am pretty sure are seen as authority sites in G.

This network gets traffic and makes money, it will pay for itself. There is a lot more potential here, I just don't have the heart for it any more. I have other interests and they are not adult. I would of course help the new owner with complete details on the sites.

Like I said, I am not looking to get rich, but it's not going to be a $500 a site deal, I'd make more just letting them die off. They produce a healthy income. I'd prefer to see one make money and grow them even more.

To be honest, I kinda hate to be selling it all, couple of the sites are like my kids, been working and nurturing them for a long time, but wanna move on.
