You just bought 500 pictures it came in the mail on cd.. you also got a lic.. your all set and ready to go right.. wrong.. there is a couple of things you need to do. one is look at the paper work.. make sure it is what you agreed to.. second thing is make sure you dont have to sign it and send part of it back.. ok got that part finished.. now pop the cd in your machine and pop a blank one into your burner.. repeat this again.. you want to make sure you have 2 backups.. The next time you go to the store or out.. drop by a place with a copy machine.. and make a copy of the lic.. then the next time you go to the bank.. put a copy of the cd and lic in your safe deposit box.. dont have one.. well u need to have one.. anything important business lic.. picture of your computer.. and pictures of your house.. huh.. whats this got to do with one little content cd.. you should always have pictures of your house.. video is better.. but pictures work too. this is in case something happens you can prove to the insurance company that you had the stuff you say you had.. high dollar items you should have a copy of the recipt for insurance in the safe deposit box too.. remember this is a business and you have to keep records to the extreem.. Insuance companies love your money but when it comes to paying you for your loss the first they want is proof you had it in the first place they know people dont keep recipts for stuff and if there is a loss where you need them you got to have the proof..
