K here we go:
1. I would advice you NOT to buy traffic for it at least not at first. It is is very easy to generate some start up traffic to feed your TGP using so called feeder sites.

2. Trading start with adding 10 trades then feed your tgp the next day check those trades and remove the 2 that perform the worsed. Then add 3 new ones, while you keep feeding yoru TGP as you will learn from the articles and tutorials mentioned above.
Keep repeating this process untill you have around 30 good trades. By then you will have stabile traffic on your TGP and you can use the feeder traffic to add more trades or grow exisiting ones bigger.

Then after you have built it up as described then you can consider to buy traffic to grow your TGP faster, but never buy traffic without getting experienced in working traffic first, because you will find it burns a large hole in your pocket with nothing to show for it.
