http://www.betabrigade.com is 18 members strong, of which 7 have been promoted to Corporal already.
We are following this plan and have made some remarkable headway given the long term nature of the project.
Of those 18, about 5 are borderline and I think will drop off at some stage soon (i.e. I will kick them out), but the others are performing like trojans.
It's all good.
