Just to make sure the above statement was 100% correct I shot my rep an e-mail about this.
He responded: "I don't know of any offers that allow foreign traffic".
When he said foreign, he was speaking of outside the U.S. and Canada. All offers accept U.S. and several accept Canadian... Just from glancing over them, it appears that about 10% or so accept leads from Canada.
I just wanted to clear that up, so that I wouldn't be misleading anyone. I was incorrect when I stated “A few offers also accept traffic from Canada
and whatnot”. There is no “whatnot”.
This will have no effect on anyone who wishes to promote campaigns via PPC search engines because with any decent PPC engine you can Geo-Target your campaign to only receive traffic from the US.
