About 8am - He was a bit of a way away from me, so I couldn't hear it if the window was closed. I think some of the other neigbours indicated that he shouldn't do it though.

He went into the garden because his wife wouldn't let him play indoors.

We have large properties here,.. one side of me is empty for years,.. I plant basil and things over there for the neighbors,. the other side of me is a neighbor we love, he helps keep control of things here as well,.. it's across the street...lol
