anti virus

no firfox. i know it techniecs and being opensource, so easily it can be bypassed for viruses. i use opera which is about 10 times better then firefox in this sense. and i never got any virus from net while browsing and even downloading. i don't know how i got that virus that i got. maybe because the dvd i copied into my pc had virus attached to it. thats only thing i can think of. because when first time i came under its attack about 10 days ago. i hadn't used net for 3 days.
and i only got info about this virus 1= brontak.a 2= lontek.h (i might have got spelling wrong). and how they attack you pc when executed but no info on how to delete it. because as soon as you delete those file it recreate itself. so i can only think that it modifies registry.
