*sighs* I totally understand it. What most people venturing into BDSM do not understand are the simple words "Safe Sane AND Consensual". Newcomers to BDSM fall for the fantasy of total slavedom and then "dance with the dangerous". She is lucky to be able to tell about it.

If it's who I think it is, "Pooch" was very well known in the BDSM Usenet newsgroups way back when as well as on IRC. I knew her pretty well if it's the same person, and since it was back around that time, I'd be willing to be it was.

I've seen this happen before (including a friend who killed her Master/husband) when women regret their past.

As for being scarred for live, it's like being branded when a slave ... you sign the contract for life.

I need to go through IRC logs from 8+ years ago to refresh my memory.

With an O:line I had to log and keep everything. I zipped them up every month and they still reside on one of my drives.

Yah Pam I have seen the same and worse and though never a part of IRC, I was active in the lifestyle community in LA and have seen much much worse sadly.
I can't say yes or no to the rightness of what occurred I can say that there are extremes that a "whole" person be they dominant or submissive will not go to.

yeah but most ppl are not smart enuff to make decisions for whole life. they might regret sooner or later (and maybe kill their master). imho branding sucks.
