New Laptop
I will be a sad old git of 40 next month, however it is not all doom and gloom as my wife has brought me an early present, a new Toshiba P100 from eBuyer.com. I know it is not for somes liking as it has a 17" screen but I wanted that as it will be my total portable big boys toy.

I'm planning to buy new laptop in few days... currently thinking between Toshiba Tecra A8-104 and HP NX 7300... probably will go with Toshiba, just waiting for some more info about them...

What a wonderfully generous wife you have !!
Be sure to thank her properly !! I have now collected 3 laptops and 2 desktops (I'm not even going to count the really old PCs.. I have 5 total that are worth using.. the other ones just hold old files).. I've worked on the laptops just as much as the desktops. They are just handy to have !! |

Congrats on the new laptop! The next one I get will be the 17 inch as well. I find myself using the laptop more and more these days. So it would come in handy.
