Why don't Visa offer Visa to Visa transfers?
Surely it would cut down on fraud. At the moment, you load your epass account from your Visa card, then you transfer it to another epass member. He then withdraws money from an ATM, and pays it into his bank. Now he can transfer the cash to his Visa account.
It's seems a lot of work and expense for a simple transfer.  |
