But what do i care? i don't promote these assholes anyway, and seeing this post about foreigners, i never will.

In the end if sponsor has a lot of affiliates operating from outside of USA, closing down Epass for them is = lost $$.

After several years fucking with piece of shit called PayPal I doubt Epass could become any worse. In fact I've mostly heard good about them so far.

Still any service such as Epass should not be treated as bank account. Withdraw as often as possible, learned it the hard way with PayPal before.
