If you wanted to start a special offer whats the best time of day to start it ?
when are the most webmasters onboard ?

i want to start something in the blogging forum
but i don't want to many to miss out

Normaly Mondays are bussy days and so are most weekdays, weekends (Sat and Sun) a bit less bussy.

there is a slow down over the weekend

I'm around most of the day, pop into Netpond between 8am and 11pm.
