When Choosing a Sponsor, Whats important to you

Hello Guys and Gals
If you are using sponsors, how much of a difference do you personally think it makes , if they have dollar trials or 2.95 trials, or some are even higher

in your experience do you seem to convert a lot better with the cheaper trial
prices.

I know a lot of guys seem to be very enthusiastic about sponsors which pay per trial, and then a lot of other guys rave about other sponsors that wont pay until the person signs up.

When choosing a sponsor what do you look for, other than knowing they have a good reputation for ontime payments.

for me what's important is the sponsors' sites should be converting, unique content, great ad tools, reasonable numbers of FHGs and honest webmaster support

that's basically what i look for.

if the content drills right into the prurient part of my brain I'll sign up for it. But only if I don't find any negative feedback from them on the few boards I hit regularly.

I look first at their content quality-wise. I personally don't like blurry screen caps.

Good free content and good tours rank at the top of my list.

Ok Thanks , So you are saying it would not make a difference to you, the price of the trial or whether they pay per trial or per signup, etc, given that the other criteria are met

Also, lets say a sponsor says, XYZ sluts site is converting at 1/150, Does that mean out of 150 surfers the average webmaster sends to the site, 1 signs up for a trial, or is that just out of the 150 surfers who actually go to the signup page.

It depends on the program, what software they use to count their traffic etc. Many programs are different and count the hits differently.
